Let’s Agree. After we schedule, you’ll be sent a PDF of the Inspection Agreement, an ASHI standard of practice. Read the agreement – don’t worry, it’s two pages. All good? Sign it digitally. Or, I can print and bring it to the inspection. Payment happens before the inspection or directly after the physical inspection.

Off Island?
No worries –  I like to communicate. Whatever time zone, whatever it takes.  We can connect through email, phone, zoom or facetime. Your report is going to be detailed and you’ll have an excellent understanding of the condition of your home as if you’re right there seeing it for yourself.
